Before your first visit we check with your carrier to find out the details of your specific plan. As a courtesy to our patients we gladly process claims so please bring your insurance cards with you.

 

Dental benefits providers generally cover only a portion of total treatment cost. We ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of service.
